Today a Baltimore City Jury awarded our clients, $175,000 after a two-day trial for injuries suffered in a motor vehicle crash.

The insurance company maintained throughout the litigation that our client’s injuries were because of an accident that happened a decade ago and not this crash their insured caused. They also said our client’s 3-year-old son who was also in the car at the time wasn’t really hurt.

Our Partner, Dustin Furman, was having none of it. His clients’ rejected the insurance company’s “take it or leave it” offer and pressed forward letting a jury have the last word. We believed the evidence and testimony showed that our client’s injuries were a result of this crash and the insurance company was looking for any way to avoid taking responsibility for the harm they caused.
